Moon's Fourth Part

Posted by Moon on Monday, May 24, 2010, In : The Story

The captor's arm swung around my neck, locking me between his chest and elbow.
Can't... breathe!
I gagged, mindlessly attempting to grasp my throat and rid myself of the captor. My heart thumped wildly, threatening to burst from my chest. A strangled noise left my lips as I tried to gasp for air in vain.
I can't... damn i-!
“What's a young lady like you doing out here all alone?”
His cocky voice caused me to snap out of my trance.
I growled (though it sounded more like a choked gurgle) and sm...

I looked at the weapon uncertainly. "So...you want me to shoot this?" Chalan smiled and nodded. "But I...have never even touched a bow or an arrow before. How can I possibly shoot it?" Chalan answered, "Well there's a first time for everything isn't there?" He cheerfully plopped down next to a tree nearby to watch.
I sighed. Guess I wasn't getting out of this. I walked over and carefully picked up the bow and looked at the weapon closely. It was plain wooden bow that they used for training. T...

Moon's Third Part

"Eh? What'cha you looking at?"
My eyes widened, and I quickly shifted the direction of my vision. Damn, was I being rude! "Oh! Nothing, I was just thinking- we sort of skipped introductions. Who are you?"
He grinned and tilted his head to the side, (the first time I have ever questioned the sexuality of someone,) "Why, I'm your trainer, of course! Chalan's the name!"
"Trainer!?" I paused, "Aren't you, y'know, a little young to be my trainer?"
His grin grew wider as he giggled, "You'd think. But ...

My part

Posted by Kookie on Tuesday, July 28, 2009, In : The Story
And I ran. What was I supposed to do? There were talking animals. My feet thunped against the ground and I realized I wans't wearing shoes. And this brought up who had clothed me. Ew. Not going there now.
"Heyyyy..." Crap, it was the crow. I sped up.
"Come onn, didn't mean to freak you out! I'm sorryyy..." I turned around to se a man, no more of a older teenager. I was confused now.
"I'm gettin' bored of waiting for ta archer to come along, so..." he pointed to some very realistic puppets, "It ...

Deeper and deeper into the woods I walked. However I felt eyes watching me and and the occasional rustling of leaves could be heard. I quickened my pace, hoping to avoid trouble. "Hey slow down will ya!" panted a squeaky voice. Huh? I turned around and saw...no one. Oh wait. There sitting oh a tree branch was an exhausted squirrel. It was a coffee brown with a white streak on its back. A fluffy brown tail could be seen as well. "...So...your a talking squirrel?" I asked slowly, not sure if wh...

Yup, more story.

(My color is black. Refer to Kookie's first email)

"...that coin is one of the only four like it in this world. They symbolize the four elements of battle that protect our people. There is the Archer, the Warrior, the Mage, and the Rouge. All are crucial to have if we are to live in a world free from our current oppression. Find the coin holders, for only the Chosen Four will free us." With her final words, the woman faded into the air. The Chosen Four? I thought. I took the co...

Mainn's Second Part

Posted by Rachel Bierma on Thursday, July 16, 2009, In : The Story

Yes I did awake in fact, but not in my bed, or anywhere I remotely recognized. I got up to find myself in a cave.  Light was shining in through the entrance, illuminating a forest, of which I had never seen anything like it.  I stumbled around it for a while, eventually realizing, that I was no longer wearing the same clothes I had been in, and that I had multiple cuts and bruises all over.  Only then did I remember the terrible creature.  I stumbled around for a while longer, when a person c...

Moon's Second Part

Posted by Moon on Monday, June 22, 2009, In : The Story
Towering above me was the most horrible beast I had ever laid eyes upon; sickly green fur stood on end and yellow, oversized teeth pried its jaw open, causing saliva to drip down its massive chin.  Four clawed feet made the earth tremble and bat-like wings shook the trees.  I wanted to bolt, I needed to get out from its path, but my legs defied my will- I couldn't move!  It was nearing- closer, closer!  I tried to open my mouth and scream at the top of my lungs, but there was no sound.  ...

Our Story, thus far

Posted by ?. Edited by Moon on Sunday, June 21, 2009, In : The Story

It was a rainy day like no other. The thunder was so loud the windows shook. The lightning lit up the wet landscape. Unfortunately, I was outside, trudging in the crazy weather. I came around a corner and realized I couldn't see a thing. The rain was so fierce I couldn't see through it. As a walked, arms outstretched. I tripped over something and landed on my face. As I got up, I noticed something shiny in the rain. It was what I had tripped over before. I carefully walked towards the object ...
